CFO & Associates strives to provide high-quality financial services that meet the expectations and needs of our clients. However, due to the nature of our services, refunds are only issued under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Service Not Rendered: If a service you have paid for has not been rendered due to circumstances under our control, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • Service Cancellation: If you cancel a service prior to it being initiated, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the time and resources already dedicated to the preparation of the service.

  • No Refunds for Completed Services: Once a service has been fully rendered, no refunds will be issued. All completed work is final and non-refundable.

3. Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the service delivery date.

  • Include your full name, contact details, a description of the service, and the reason for your refund request.

  • Refund requests will be reviewed, and a decision will be made within 14 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

4. Processing Time for Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Payments
Certain payments, such as deposits for custom services or administrative fees, are non-refundable. We will inform you of any non-refundable charges at the time of service agreement.
